Apricot and Walnut Snack Balls

INGREDIENTS

½ cup natural walnuts

1 cup dried, unsweetened apricots

½ cup desiccated coconut

¼ cup linseed meal

2 Tbs 100% maple syrup


CONVENTIONAL INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a food processor, grind walnuts and apricots into a grainy powder.
  2. Add coconut and maple syrup, pulse to combine.
  3. Roll into tablespoon size balls and then roll in linseed meal to coat.
  4. Store in fridge or freezer in an airtight container.

THERMOMIX INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add all ingredients into your bowl, 30 seconds/Speed 9 
  2. Roll into tablespoon size balls and then roll in linseed meal to coat.
  3. Store in fridge or freezer in an airtight container.

      Thanks for the enquiry. Maple syrup can be replaced with 100% pure honey or rice malt syrup (health food section in jar). We wouldn’t suggest golden syrup as that is a synthetic product made purely from sugar and will also give a different taste
