Not Quite Nutella smoothie

Thermomix option – Refined sugar free – Gluten free – Egg Free – Dairy free – Grain free – Vegetarian – Vegan

Have you ever just needed a sweet fix so bad that you didn’t think you could go on? No? That’s just me? Well for anyone else that has, this is what you need. It’s like drinking liquid Nutella without the sickly sweet regret afterwards.

INGREDIENTS

2 ½ cups of unsweetened almond milk

1 large ripe banana

2 tbsp raw cocoa powder

4-5 pitted dried dates

20g raw hazelnuts


CONVENTIONAL INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place your hazelnuts into your blender and blend for 30 seconds, to get a sandy texture.
  2. Now add your dates, cocoa powder, banana and almond milk. Blend for a further 2 minutes or until your desired consistency.

THERMOMIX INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place all ingredients into your TM bowl 30 seconds/Speed 9
