You see this and I bet you thought we mean F*@! I’m Good Just Ask Me didn’t you? Well we are but… that’s not why this smoothie exists. It’s actually a happy accident. Left over figs and a need for a smoothie, here at PIMP we like to use whats on hand and have very little waste, so quick thinking equalled this masterpiece. Enjoy and you’re welcome!

INGREDIENTS

2 ½ cups almond milk 

1 large ripe banana

2 dried figs

Boiling water

12 raw almonds


CONVENTIONAL INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Soak figs in a few tablespoons of boiling water for 2 minutes.
  2. While your figs are soaking blitz your almonds in the blender.
  3. Now add your banana, almonds, protein powder, almond milk and soaked figs into your blender until thick and creamy.

THERMOMIX INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Soak figs in a few tablespoons of boiling water for 2 minutes.
  2. Place all ingredients into your TM bowl 30 seconds/Speed 9
