Stall Holders

Thank you for your interest in becoming a stallholder at the Healthy Living Market.

We would like to take this opportunity to remind you that the Healthy Living Market is a small, indoor, market and we will be ensuring diversity between stalls, which essentially means that we will be attempting to not have more than one of the same business types.

We will be taking both date of application, business suitability and what’s best for the market into consideration when reviewing all applications.

The Market hours are 9am – 3pm. Stallholders are expected to arrive at 8am for set up and debriefing.


3 stall types available; 2m x 2m, 2.5m x 2.5m or 3m x 2m. All stall areas will include a table measuring 182cm x 76cm (which will be set up on arrival).


Limited powered sites are available for an additional $5


Due to the Healthy Living Market being an indoor market; tents, marques, live flame and things alike are not accepted.


Banners and advertising materials are welcome, however, need to fit within your designated area and be free standing and/or able to be secured to the above mentioned table.


If your business is part of a Multi Level Marketing system or an online ordering system you are required to have stock on the day for market attendees to be able to purchase (refer to point 5 in Market Rules).

HOW TO APPLY

  1. Fill in the below online form.
  2. Send an email with the required attachments to healthylivingmarket.au@gmail.com.
  3. You will be notified by email of your application status within 24 hours.

Successful applicants will be notified, by email, of their acceptance and advised of the next step.

Submitting this application form does not necessarily mean you will be accepted as a stallholder, only that you have progressed to the next stage of the application review process. All applicants MUST read and acknowledge their acceptance of and willingness to comply with the Healthy Living Market Rules upon approval.

All stall holders MUST HAVE market insurance including $10 million public liability: Evidence by means of a Certificate of currency which must be shown prior to allocation of a stall. If stall holders DO NOT have market insurance, the Healthy Living Market Managers can provide this to you at an additional cost, to you, of $40.00 per month.
Please list the items you wish to sell as this is how we ensure there are no double ups. If you do not have the item listed here we cannot prevent competition.
If you ticked yes to this question, ALL equipment and leads MUST have current 'tag and tested' tags attached.
- All of the above information is true and correct.
- All subsequent products after the acceptance of all applications will be reported to the Market Managers for approval before sale at the market.
- I am aware that the Market Managers may require verification through inspection and or production of receipts and certifications.
- The monthly stall fee is payable prior to your attendance and is NON REFUNDABLE.
- I give permission for the Market and its suppliers to take imagery and videos of stallholders and their products to be used for marketing purposes.
- I give permission for the Market to use images from my social media accounts to promote my attendance at the market.
- I have read the Healthy Living Market Rules on the website and understand that this is an authentic Healthy Living Market and that the authenticity and integrity of the Market is of paramount importance to its approved producers and the Market Managers.
- I will maintain the necessary insurance cover whilst attending the Market.
- I understand that not all my products may be accepted for sale at the Market, due to market policies and stall variance.
- I confirm that I have reviewed and understand all of the above declaration details.
